Role of the board
With the children of Mesquite Soccer foremost in mind, the Board members work together to set the direction of the Association. The Board acts as a whole—not as individuals—and is committed to supporting the overall success of Mesquite Soccer.
It is the responsibility of the Board to help ensure the Association operates smoothly and that its programs and systems continue to meet the needs of our players, coaches, and parents.
Board members are elected at large to serve two-year terms. Elections are held in May, and terms are staggered to ensure continuity and experienced leadership on the Board.
Board members are volunteers who generously give their time and serve without compensation.

President
The President serves as liaison with the City of Mesquite and MISD and provides overall administration and executive oversight of the Association and serves as the official delegate to NTSSA.
Vice President

The Vice President supports league operations, oversees equipment inventory, manages bid processes, and acts on behalf of the President when needed.
Secretary
The Secretary maintains all official records, meeting minutes, committee documentation, and ensures proper record retention and communication.
Treasurer
The Treasurer oversees all financial activity, maintains accounting records, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with financial standards.
League Commissioner

The League Commissioner oversees scheduling, field usage, and official standings.
Sergeant-At-Arms

The Sergeant-at-Arms oversees order at meetings, chairs disciplinary and ethics committees, and serves as the Association’s parliamentarian.
Director Of Coaching

The Director of Coaching coordinates coaching clinics and oversees development and education programs for coaches, players, and referees.
Public Relations Director

The Public Relations Director manages all publicity and communication efforts for the Association.

The Registrar manages all player and team registrations, maintains official rosters, and signs releases on behalf of the Association.
Cups & Games Chairman

The Cups & Games Chairman oversees tournament rules, sanctions local tournaments, and coordinates league awards.
